Your next food-plant leader
could already be on your team.
Sometimes you need to help someone step up. Sometimes you need to hire. We’re building JOA to help food manufacturers do both—with learning that fits the work and recruiting that looks beyond a job title.

You know the work. Now your team is looking to you. JOA is developing practical leadership learning for food manufacturing, built around the decisions, conversations, and responsibilities of leading a shift and supporting a team. Room to learn, support to lead, explore the academy.
Help people grow. Find the people you need.
Develop your team
Help new and experienced leaders practice the conversations and decisions they face in a food plant.
Advertise a real opening
Put a real food-manufacturing job in front of people looking for their next role. Paid listings are part of our plan; posting isn’t open yet.
Engage JOA to recruit
Tell us who you need and what the job is really like. Our planned recruiting service will help review experience, discuss the fit and make introductions with the candidate’s agreement.
MATCHING WITH CONTEXT
A good résumé starts a conversation.
It shouldn’t finish one.
We want to understand the plant, the job and the person. Where does their experience fit? What support will they need? Does the shift work for them? Those questions matter before anyone makes an offer.
You make the hiring decision. Private coaching conversations and practice records won’t be part of a paid candidate database.
Where things stand
We’re still developing team learning and recruiting. Neither is open for purchase yet. We’ll publish the details and prices before we start taking orders.
