Your experience matters. So do the shift, the location, the pay and the kind of leader you want to become. We want those conversations to happen before an introduction.
Our plan is to explain why a role could fit, where there are gaps and what still needs checking. A person reviews the match, and you choose whether to be introduced. Finishing a course alone doesn’t prove someone is right for a job.
